We make our deliveries throughout Algeria as well as abroad for the countries served (soon), exclusively to the address indicated by the customer.
Delivery costs vary depending on the destination area, the delivery method (collection point or home delivery), the actual weight and the volumetric weight of the package.
Delivery times are indicative. They may change due to different factors such as the availability of our carrier, order processing, etc.

Article 7: Payment terms

Several payment methods are accepted. As a customer, you have the option to pay:

Article 8: Warranty and right of return of the product

ENERGICAL provides a warranty ranging from one (1) to five (5) years depending on the product.
The right to return the product is applicable to our new products that are defective (lack of functionality, product unfit for the use you can expect, absence of the characteristics presented online, partial or total malfunction of the product), and this in accordance with law no. 18-05 relating to electronic commerce.
In the event of a lack of conformity, we undertake, as the case may be, to:
• Repair the product;
• Replace the product;
• Cancel the order and refund the amounts paid.
The presumption of lack of conformity no longer applies if it appears after 4 days following the sale.
Returns must be made in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, manuals, and instructions). In this case, the consumer is responsible. Any damage to the product during this process may invalidate the right to return and refund.

Article 9: Reimbursement

In the event of exercising the right of return and within the framework of reimbursement, the company Energical will proceed with the latter within fifteen (15) days from the date of receipt of the product.
